Get all quest tags for a specific entity

get http://api.questlabs.ai/api/entities/{entityId}/quest-tags

Retrieves all quest tags for the provided entity and its parent entity, if applicable. If any parent quest tags have propagateToSubEntity set to true, they are included in the response.
